Forge 10 is a self-initiated brand concept and motion project built from the ground up. Serving as lead creative, the brand identity was concepted, the campaign narrative developed, and the full motion piece produced, from asset preparation and composition through to final export. The centerpiece animation features a 13-part watch explode and reassemble sequence, built to dramatize the engineering precision behind the product. Every frame was crafted in Adobe After Effects, with close attention to motion timing, easing, and cinematic feel. Built from the inside out, just like the watch.​

Campaign: Inside, everything matters.
Not a tagline about the watch. A statement about the person wearing it.
Everything you see is the result of everything you can't.
The Challenge
The smartwatch market is saturated with feature lists and spec sheets.
Every brand is shouting about what their watch does. Nobody is talking about what it means to own one.
The Audience
25 to 40. High-performers. Not impressed by polish alone, they want to know how things work. They pull back the hood.
They read the footnotes. They're the ones who ask why before they ask how much.
The Insight
Most people perform for the audience. Forge 10 people perform for themselves. They hold themselves to a standard nobody else can see. The inside of the watch is the perfect metaphor: 10 precision components that nobody will ever look at, engineered perfectly anyway.
