Homes & Land - New Point Media Group

Currently serving as a multi-role creative and production lead for one of North America's largest luxury real estate magazine networks, a B2B2C operation spanning over 50 franchises and 20 in-house titles published monthly. Responsible for the full design lifecycle of each issue, from initial brand concept and ad design for luxury real estate clients, through to final print-ready production and quality control.


Managing upward of 70 magazine titles per month, each printing between 5,000 and 12,000 copies, representing over  600,000 printed pieces monthly and nearly 7 million copies annually passing through my production desk. Every ad, every page, every issue reviewed with a meticulous eye before going to press.


Beyond design, the role spans client-facing account management, working directly with real estate agents, franchise publishers, and commercial printers across the United States to ensure every order is accurate, every specification is met, and every deadline is hit. A role that demands equal parts creative precision, production expertise, and relationship management.
